Scout Programs

The Da Vinci Science Center (DSC) offers day programs and camp-in programs for Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts with hands-on activities led by professional educators and time for scouts to explore exhibits on their own. Scouts can earn badges, patches, belt loops, other awards, or parts of the exclusive Da Vinci Science Center Patch.

Cub Scout and Girl Scout groups can pre-order pizza from Domino’s to enjoy during their day and camp-in programs.

The Da Vinci Science Center’s customized science programs can enhance special events, including Blue and Gold Dinners and service unit events.

Day Program Details

- Programs held Saturdays 9 a.m.-12 p.m.; registration is at 8:45 a.m.
- One adult per five scouts is required; leaders and required chaperones are free
- Scouts may continue visiting Center in the afternoon
- Full payment due with registration

Camp-in Program Details

- Programs take place from 6 p.m.-9 a.m.
- Brown bag dinners permitted; evening snack and continental breakfast provided
- Standard price of $45.00 per scout includes patch and materials
- One adult per five scouts is required; leaders and required chaperones are free
- A 25-percent deposit required with reservation; full payment due four (4) weeks before program
