DSC Presents Little Learner Days Starting April 13

The Da Vinci Science Center will offer special activities for kids ages 5 and under regularly on Mondays beginning April 13, 2015.

The new Little Learner Days are based partially from the successful Dino Days events that the Center held during its presentation of the feature exhibition Be the Dinosaur: Life in the Cretaceous.

Each Little Learner Day will include at least one hands-on activity for the young kids and their families from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Visitors to the first Little Learner Day on April 13 will discover how to use chromatography, or the separation of mixtures, to create colorful flower prints. Visitors also can enjoy free flower face painting.

Little Learner Day activities will be included with Da Vinci Science Center admission or membership entry. Center admission is free for children ages 3 and under.
