Amanda Morton has been a Da Vinci Science Center Trustee since Sept. 2021.

Prior to reporting directly to the VP of Lutron’s mid-market Business since 2021, Amanda reported to the VP and GM of Retail North America for 8 years. Over her 14-year tenure with Lutron she has held a broad range of responsibilities across finance, product management, public relations and marketing. Currently Amanda has channel marketing responsibility for both the Retail and Electrical Wholesale (EW) channels, two of Lutron’s largest segments, and is responsible for developing and leading all Retail and EW marketing, advertising, and promotional growth strategies that maximize sales and profitability while ensuring parity across partners. She leads a team of 10 channel and ecommerce marketers and mentors new employees on Lutron’s Brand marketing and Communication teams.               

Amanda pioneered the strategy and implementation behind Lutron’s initial ecommerce efforts and is viewed as a digital marketing and ecommerce leader within her organization. She has received corporate recognition for nurturing the fastest growing online accounts, successfully implementing hybrid online selling models and for driving redesigns to improve the omnichannel shopping experience in-store and online. She is known for championing initiatives that elevate the Lutron brand within the digital space and is passionate about finding creative solutions that deliver a best-in-class shopping experience for Lutron’s customers.

Amanda grew up in the Lehigh Valley and has visited the Da Vinci Science Center multiple times through the years. She comes from an engineering family and has been an avid supporter of her brother’s STEM foundation and Robotics program. The mother of two, she now brings her own children to the Da Vinci Center and is interested in making contributions to the organization’s efforts.

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Delaware
