H/Cadettes Robotics Badges

Cadettes Robotics Badges

Did you know that girls who code are problem solvers in their communities?

Calling all Tech-Savvy Cadettes, complete all requirements for ALL THREE Robotics badges from the comfort of your own home! This one-of-a-kind program will provide all the materials and skills necessary for your girls to become confident coders and persistent problem solvers.

Each girl will receive guidance from a Da Vinci Science Center educator to write her own code and program her own Circuit Playground – an all-in-one microcontroller (minicomputer) that they get to keep. No experience necessary – we will all explore, experiment, and learn more about computers, coding, and robotics together. Then record your final project to be showcased on our website.

All sessions should be supervised by an in-person adult.

Support for this program is provided by the Institute for Museum & Library Services.
