Enjoy some of our most popular scout programs from the comfort of your own home via Zoom!
Each program comes with its own kit. Kits include a Da Vinci Science Center fun patch, science tools you get to keep, and everything you need to participate in the program, making it easy and convenient for scouts and leaders. Our virtual camp-in programs are facilitated by professional science educators and are exciting and interactive. These programs are fun for all ages and can be used to cover parts of scout awards.

Brownies Wonders of Water
Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021, 6-8:30 p.m.
Become a molecule of water to learn about the water cycle. Develop your own piece of land to learn the effects runoff has on our waterways. Compete in the H2O Olympics to learn about the properties of water. This program fulfills the Love and Save requirements of the journey, leaving Brownies inspired to fulfill the Share requirement at home. Patch set not included, but the girls will receive a Da Vinci Science Center Camp-in patch.

Wizarding World
Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021, 6-8:30 p.m.
Discover a world where magic and science meet as our Wizarding Professors lead scouts in experiments! In the Wand Shop, explore how a mysterious magical, musical, light-up ball works and make your own light-up wand using what you learned. During Potions class, we will experiment with magical materials that will fizz, change color, and temperature. At the end of the night, witches and wizards will enjoy a magic show with erupting bubble monsters and experiments with dragon breath.
This program is a great way to introduce scouts to engineering concepts if you are working on an engineering program.
