STEAM

Leonardo da Vinci studied all things – Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM)!  He learned about the world differently and inspired us to become the Da Vinci Science Center!  Spend this week with our STEAM Educators as we explore how all of these subjects are related in fun and surprising ways.  Campers will experiment with chemical reactions, tinker like engineers, and use their creative ingenuity to learn more about the world around us.

Designing Our Future

Are you ready to build a better tomorrow?  Campers will be on the cutting edge as they learn about and utilize some of the world’s top tech.  Investigate advances in the worlds of science, healthcare, and sustainability and consider new ways to improve them further.  Campers will get a sneak peek behind the scenes at some of the coolest companies and amazing technologies that are changing the world in which we live.

Mini Medical School

The human body is an amazing thing.  From head to toe, we will study basic anatomy and body systems to get a better understanding of how we work on the inside.  Apply your knowledge and explore ways to keep yourself in tip-top shape as we learn ways to identify, treat, and even prevent various illnesses and disorders.

Kitchen Chemists

A dash of fun, a pinch of excitement, and a heaping scoop of science are the ingredients for an awesome week of camp with Da Vinci Science Center.  Explore the world of food science as you perform extraordinary experiments with ordinary kitchen ingredients.  Learn how important food is for all life and how to make your own healthy choices every day.  Show off your new skills for your family by whipping up some of your favorite new-found recipes at home.
