Cancellation 21 or More Days Prior to Program or Visit: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation 8-20 Days Prior to Program or Visit: 50 percent refund.
Cancellation 0-7 Days Prior to Program or Visit: No refund.
School Field Trip Policies
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
Payment in full may be made up to the day of the visit.
Schedule Adjustment Policies
Da Vinci Science Center understands that sometimes it becomes necessary for a group to reschedule a program or trip once a reservation has been made.
Science Center will be happy to accommodate that schedule change if there is availability on the new date, one time at no cost.
Additional changes to the schedule date or program choice will be made with a $25.00 processing fee for each time the reservation is adjusted.
A $25.00 processing fee applies to all programs at the Science Center and all Outreach Programs.
Fees will not apply if dates are changed due to inclement weather.
There is no fee for changing the number of participants in a group.
Birthday Party Policies
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required.
Final payment and updated number of guests required 72 hours in advance.
No refunds for lower attendance the day of the party.
Public Group Outing Policies
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit, plus payment for optional food, is required to make a reservation.
Payment in full may be made up to the day of the visit.
Traveling Science Program Policies
Payment in full is due two (2) weeks prior to the program.
For programs that extend over multiple days, payment in full for the entire series of programs is due two (2) weeks prior to the first program date.
A $50.00 rescheduling fee will be charged if an educator is traveling to the program’s location prior to receiving notification that a program needs to be rescheduled.
Scout Program Policies
A deposit is required at time of reservation, based on the total number of tickets reserved per program.
Registration can be cancelled/transferred with a full refund/no charge up to 30 days prior to the program date.
Cancellations made 15-29 days before program date: 50 percent refund
Cancellations made 14 days or less before program date: No refund
Payment is full is due two weeks prior to the program.
