  • Custom Activity Fee: $250
  • Maximum of six stations

STEAM Fest

Grades K-6th

Spark Da Vinci-style curiosity and creativity with STEAM Fest, featuring four stations that highlight the intersection of science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Participants will launch flying objects into the sky with our 7-foot wind tunnels, create their own color palette, experiment with forces and motion as they engineer complex structures using simple building materials, and test their skills with some “magic tricks”--all made possible with the laws of physics!

Stations include:

  • KEVA: Engage in a series of fun design challenges using hundreds of identical wooden planks to explore building in a new way.
  • Color Creations: Learn about the primary colors; experiment by mixing them in different combinations, and proportions to see what amazing colors you can create.
  • High Flyers: Use everyday materials to build and test objects to launch inside a 7-foot wind tube.
  • Forces and Motion: Levitate objects in mid-air or inflate a 6-foot wind bag in only one breath while you investigate physics forces and principles.

*STEAM Fest stations require access to water and electricity.

Use Your Brain

Grades K-8th

A child walks inside MEGA Brain.Add some unforgettable neuroscience to your event with Use Your Brain, complete with our 12-foot inflatable, walkthrough brain, The MEGA Brain. The MEGA Brain illustrates brain anatomy and function, as well as common neurological diseases and treatments. Participants will challenge their own brains through a series of puzzles, games, and experiments that illustrate the complexities of the human nervous system. Additionally, guests will be able to examine a dissected sheep brain and have an up-close encounter with a real human brain!

The MEGA Brain is presented by St. Luke’s University Health Network.

Stations include:

  • The MEGA Brain
  • Brain Games: Investigate the structure and functions of brains as you observe encased brains, train your brain with a series of memory activities, and test your nerve receptors.
  • Create Your Own Brain Hat (includes take home)

*Use Your Brain stations require access to electricity. Travel restrictions apply.

Da Vinci Design Lab

Grades 6th-12th

Incorporate some “HOMAGO” (hanging out, messing around, and geeking out) into your event with our Da Vinci Design Lab package.

Older students in grades 6+ will explore stations highlighting engineering, technology, and coding, and will even create their own electronic project to take home!

Stations include:

  • Circuits: Learn about electricity as you design a variety of circuits using raw materials. Explore and problem solve through a series of challenges as you discover the shocking principles of electrical engineering.
  • Computer Programming: Learn about coding through logic games and fun computer applications.
  • KEVA: Engage in a series of fun design challenges using hundreds of identical wooden planks to explore building in a new way.
  • Create Your Own Paper Circuit Project (includes take home)

Optional Fifth Stations (additional fee)

  • Cubelets: Participants use Cubelets blocks to create machines and robots designed to perform specific challenging tasks.
  • Virtual Reality: Put on a headset and take part in a one-of-a-kind, fully immersive first-person experience and learn how this tool may benefit the 21st century workforce.

*Design Lab stations require access to electricity.
