I am proud of the career I have built, but I am equally proud of the life I built alongside it—raising two strong, independent daughters while pursuing leadership roles in a traditionally male-dominated field. That experience taught me that success is not defined by choosing between personal and professional aspirations, but by having the courage to pursue both.
