
Anne Baum is the Founder and Managing Director of Vision Accomplished, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to leadership development, executive coaching, and culture development. She is the former President of Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital, where she led strategic planning and operations for the first and largest children’s hospital in the Lehigh Valley Region.
Anne serves as chair of the Lehigh Valley & Northeast PA board of governors for Valley Youth House as well as the chair of the Northampton Community College Foundation board. She is a member of the boards of the Lehigh Northampton Airport Authority, Allentown Symphony Association, United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber, and the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation.
She has received numerous awards including PA Best 50 Women in Business, ATHENA International, Girl Scouts of Eastern PA: Take the Lead & Governance, Lehigh Valley Business: Women of Influence & Circle of Excellence, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber Volunteer of the Year, United Way: Campaign Volunteer & Woman United Philanthropist of the Year, Boy Scouts of America Minsi Trails Council Distinguished Citizen, Association of Fundraising Professionals Outstanding Philanthropist, YWCA of Bethlehem Golden Laurel Award, and SkillsUSA Leadership by Example.
Anne earned her BS in Biology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, IL, and her MS in Health Systems Management from Rush University, Chicago, IL. She is certified as a protocol and etiquette consultant by the Protocol School of Washington and is the author of the books Small Mistakes, Big Consequences: Develop your Soft Skills to Help You Succeed and Small Mistakes, Big Consequences for Interviews.
Studying STEM in college established a foundation of critical thinking that has served me well throughout my career. Finding innovative solutions to everyday challenges helps organizations and individuals grow and thrive.
