Saturday’s breakfast will be: Assorted bagels w/ cream cheese & butter, peanut butter & jelly, fresh fruit platter, scrambled eggs w/ cheese, tofu scramble, breakfast sausage (vegan), breakfast hashbrown patty (vegan-friendly), breakfast sausage (chicken), assorted cereal and breakfast bars
