For me, being a woman in STEAM means showing up with courage in spaces where women have historically been underrepresented and using my voice to make room for others. It’s about leading with both technical excellence and empathy and demonstrating that innovation is at its best when diverse perspectives have a seat at the table. I am proud to be both an engineer and a leader who develops others, challenges assumptions, and keeps the door open for the next woman coming behind me.
