A Message to our Members
We recently sent out an email notifying all members that we have implemented a new membership system for accessing your benefits online. That email mentioned that members would be receiving a follow-up email from Etix, our new ticketing partner, with their digital membership card. The Etix email that was sent out has created some confusion, and we apologize for any miscommunications.
The email had a ‘Thank you for your purchase’ message. We want to be clear – you were not charged for your membership again. This was an automated email and the messaging was incorrect. No additional fees were charged. We sincerely apologize for the confusion. The email from Etix does contain your digital membership card and your membership ID number so that you can easily reserve tickets, RSVP for special events, and check-in for regular visits. Prices include a 9.5% infrastructure fee, which helps cover the costs of constructing and outfitting our new facility.

Membership Guidelines and Policies
- Memberships are non-refundable
- Memberships are not transferable and are for a single household.
- Member children are ages 3-17 (toddlers ages 0-2 are admitted for free). One named member adult must be present in order for children to receive free admission.
- Seniors are classified as ages 65+.
- Valid photo ID of one (1) named adult member is required at each visit
- Admission privileges do not include visitors for school groups or birthday parties
- Add a named caregiver for $35 (not valid for Single memberships)
**Only 1 caregiver permitted per Dual membership (if no additional child is added). Only 2 caregivers permitted per Senior, Family, & Family Plus membership - Additional children may be added for $35 per child (not valid for Single memberships)

Membership Cards
- If you purchase your membership at the Science Center, we will print your membership cards for you while you explore the exhibits.
- For online membership purchases, physical membership cards can be printed for you upon request at the Welcome Center during your next visit to Da Vinci Science Center. Please note that membership cards will only be printed for members who selected ‘yes’ to requesting physical membership cards during the checkout process.

FAQs
The new museum and its many new exhibits and activities are fantastic and beautiful. The rest rooms get an A plus too. They’re private, state of the art, and especially useful for granddads traveling with young granddaughters and vice versa. The whole building is stunning. We’ll be back soon.
